Group Classes

Ideal for those looking to meet a group of like-minded people, get fit, stay fit and have fun along the way.

Our group classes cater to all fitness levels from the beginner right through to the fit. We use colour grouping throughout our sessions to help with the different fitness level’s. We encourage our members to listen to their bodies and work to their ability on the day.

Group classes are held:

  • Monday 5.45pm 22 St Asaph Street
  • Wednesday 5.45pm Riccarton High 31 Vicki Street
  • Saturday 8am North Hagley Park ( wet weather option is 22 ST Asaph street)
  • * Please note in the Summer months our group classes will be held in North Hagley Park.


  • All 3 classes for $16 a week on a 12 week rolling contract or
  • 10 class concession card $160

I’m not very fit, will I be okay for the session?

At Energise we cater to all fitness levels and offer 3 levels throughout the session so you choose, beginner, intermediate and advanced.

What do I bring?

Please bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel.

I have an injury, can I still work out?

Depends on the injury, please flick us an email and we can work through your injury and what is the best option for you.

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable active wear and supportive footwear.

Small Group Personal Training

Ideal for those with a goal in mind and a timeline to hit. Needing help with your weekly training plan, nutritional advice and motivation to stay on task.

Our 8-week small group personal training program is the perfect package to get you back on track to achieving your goals. You will be put in a small group with similar goals/ fitness. You will share a weekly Personal training session with the group and individual training plans specific to your goals. A great way to get back on track and have a group of like-minded people to support and encourage along the way.

Personal Training One on One

Ideal for those who looking to achieve a specific goal or just starting on their fitness journey and needing that more one on one time.

We offer 10-week tailored personal training packages with before and after measurements, fitness assessment, goal setting, training plans and nutritional advice.

Depending on your goal and time frame will depend on the package we think is best suited to you and your goals.

Personal training packages start from $50 per week.

Energise Wellness Retreat

Needing to press pause and take a breath on life?

Why not join Energise on one of their 2-night retreats in the Canterbury area. A fantastic chance to unwind, relax, reset and re- energise.

The weekend is filled with fun activities and workshops, designed to help you refocus and kick start your wellness journey. Activities include – meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, sunset and sunrise walks, swimming, light exercise and more. All activities are suitable to all fitness levels, you choose how much or how little you do.

We talk mindset- positive affirmations, body positivity and goal setting, program planning and more. We have our own private chef to ensure our bellies are filled with delicious goodness, a good weekend with always an awesome bunch of ladies.

Accomodation is bunk share from $459pp, single apartments available on request prices vary.

Wellness Retreat FAQs

I’m going solo, do many women go on their own?

At our retreats, we have lots of women who come on their own. It’s always a very friendly bunch that come and our Energise team are super duper friendly.

Will there be lots of exercise at the retreat?

All activities at the retreat are optional so you can do as little or as much exercise as you want.

What do I need to bring on the retreat?

Each retreat is different and we send out a list of things to bring.

I’m not very fit, will I be okay?

We cater to all fitness levels at the retreats and offer alternatives to all exercise to suit your level.


I’m worried about sharing a room as I am a light sleeper/snorer

We ask all attendees about their sleeping habits and pair room’s up accordingly. Please enquire about private rooms as we have a limited amount available.

I have dietary requirements

We cater to all dietary requirements.

Can we drink alcohol on the retreat?

You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to have a glass or 2 after dinner, Friday night is normally an early one as we have a big day on Saturday. On Saturday night we tend to have a glass of wine especially with the fun workshop we host on Saturday night.
